What's the sample policy?
The customers need to pay all cost, including the merchandise, taxes and the shipping cost.

What’s the shipping method of the samples?
1. All sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, we will arrange the shipping by our Express or forwarder.
2. If the customer has their own express account (DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT), we can arrange the courier to pick up by your account.

Can you provide the free samples?
According to different products, we can provide the free sample, or the customers paid the samples at discounted price.
