What's the validity of warranty period for different products?
All products are warranty for a period of one year.

General Warranty:
Advance Imaging Co., Ltd will replace the defective cartridge or credit on account once the defective cartridge is returned to our facility. Customer is responsible to return defective cartridge to Advance Imaging Co., Ltd's China facility. Advance Imaging Co., Ltd will not be liable for printer malfunctions related to defects or misuse or abuse by users.

Returns:
Advance Imaging Co., Ltd will not accept any returns of unopened products and customer is responsible for defective return to our warehouse.
